Separate studio on a beautiful ranch appr 10 min from I-5.. many animals either rescued pets or those just wandering by and live in the neighborhood.. birds, wild turkeys, rabbits, etc. We are a working ranch offering trail rides year round depending on weather. We also live below a geological marvel that has unique rock formations millions of years old, Pythian Cave, only a 15 - 20 minute walk from the Studio.. you will also see towering views of Mt Shasta and the valley floor from your hike

You are only a few steps from Ashland Plaza, yet the retreat-like environment we offer to all our guests requires that no incense, smoking, vaping or pets are allowed in the Carriage House. Ideal spot for the traveling professional! I travel for work myself, so I know what you want in an Airbnb. My home feels like home, not just a place to stay and is clean, modern, and tasteful. Enjoy sleeping in one of the elevated log beds, enjoying your coffee at the bottle-cap bar table, working remotely from comfortable and well-lit living room, unwinding around the fire pit, or enjoying a sunset on the back deck. Note: two houses nearby are quite rundown. Harmless, but trashy potheads.
