The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Die Wohnung hat zwei abschließbare Schlafräume mit elektrischen Aussenrollos, eine offene Wohnküche mit Schlafcouch und ein Badezimmer. Die Küche mit Induktionsherd ist vollständig eingerichtet. Ideal zum kochen, wohnen und entspannen. Auch eine Terrasse ist vom Wohnzimmer ebenerdig angelegt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt auf dem eigenen Parkplatz vor dem Eingang. Weitere Parkplätze gibt es entlang der Straße.

Kleines schönes Ferienapartment in unserem historischem Bauernhof. Unser Ortsteil liegt idyllisch und ruhig oberhalb der Mosel und ist ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Motorrad/ Fahrrad / Wandertouren /Schiffsfahrten oder einfach zum entspannen. Die Traumpfade, div. Burgen das Moseltal , das Maifeld , sowie Koblenz und Cochem sind bequem zu erreichen. Unser kleines aber feines Nest ist mit Allem ausgestattet um sich wohl zu fühlen. Motorräder/ Fahrräder können sicher untergestellt werden.

Der Gästebereich (1.OG) mit eigenem Bad (1.OG) und Gemeinschaftsküche (EG) befindet sich im Anbau eines ruhig gelegenen Resthofs etwas außerhalb (!) von dem Ort Sande am Lippesee, 11 km von Paderborn, günstig nahe der A 33 gelegen. Am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Just a few steps away from the beautiful Natural Reserve the High Fens, we offer you a modern and comfortable studio, you have private access entry, a King size bed , a nice kitchen table with 4 chairs , a large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a rainshower and wash basin , and a seperate toilet all for you. A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spaceous studio.
