Das Haus hat auf insgesamt 205 qm 5 eigenständige Schlafzimmer. Davon sind 2 Doppelzimmer und 2 Einzelzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer. Ebenso hat es einen Raum mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett ohne Bad. Es gibt eine große Gemeinschaftsküche, einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum und ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Dieses Objekt befindet sich in zentraler Lage des schönen Ortes Grassau im Chiemgau. Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Voralpen sind fußläufig erreichbar.
