The Batwing Ski house was purchased and modernized with nice renovations The house was named the BatWing House over 20 years ago and still to this day everyone refers to it by name. It's a 6 bedroom 4 bath each with shower also a huge dining/ living area with corner fireplace. A ski/gear room on the first floor. New hot tub outside on the wrap around deck with covered roof. We have Fiber Wifi , Netflix, Xbox 360, foosball, board games 4 TVs. Restaurants are less than .5 miles away

The house is designated historic by the Manchester Historical Society and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. The Wickham House was originally built in 1790 as a tavern and later purchased in 1837 by Rev. Dr. Joseph Wickham, legendary headmaster of Burr and Burton. It is located 5 minutes from Williams College, 15 Minutes from Mass MOCA, 15 minutes from Bennington. 30 minutes from Jiminy Peak, 1 hour from Stratton & Mount Snow. The house is perfect for a family and offers a beautiful master bedroom with master bathroom. The full wrap around porch will be equipped with an outdoor table and chairs in the warmer months. A beautiful setting to get away but an easy drive to neighboring towns.

From our quaint one-story house, you can see a variety of scenery, from the bright changing colors of the leaves in the autumn to the soft piles of snow in the winter. Experience the quiet of the nearby woods, and see roaming animals such as deer or turkey. Make sure to stop at one of the nearby lakes, each of which offers a variety of amenities, and lush scenery. In the winter, keep warm in the cozy living room next to the fireplace, while having a chat with your friends and family.
