Please note tent is NOT in the “woods” it is in a mountain community with houses around, you will hear neighbor dogs and ducks🦆. The bathhouse is fully plumbed and the tent has a gas fireplace & electricity which would be hard to do in the “woods”. 😉 you will be pleasantly surprised. The fireplace keeps you cozy even in the winter months. Come camp ⛺️ all year for a new experience.

This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

The tiny house is located on our 10-acre property surrounded by native grasses which is home to plenty of wildlife. Enjoy easy living inside with card games or Netflix. It is a 40-minute drive to DIA, 30 minutes to Brighton and the Wild Animal sanctuary is just 10 minutes away.
