Birdhouse on Bishop’s Beach is a private, cozy, waterfront retreat perfect for photographers, birders and beach lovers. Guests delight in world-class views of soaring eagles and shorebirds, sea otters and whales, snow-capped mountains, soothing ocean waves, and miles of sandy beaches and tidepools to explore. The Birdhouse is great for active guests. It's nestled at the base of a 40-step staircase and walking distance to Homer's most popular restaurants, shops, art, and entertainment.

Corry House

Nestled in a wooded, private setting, this home was built in 2019. Enjoy the incredible views of Kachemak Bay, the Kenai mountains, three of our 5 visible glaciers and the Homer Spit. It is only a 3 minute drive to town, restaurants and medical facilities. Take a scenic 20 minute walk via the Reber Trail into town or Bishops Beach. Our home is ADA approved and wheel chair accessible. The Corry House is named in memory of Lt Paul Garay who served on the USS Corry and his wife Flo.

Waterfront Cabin - Homer Seaplane Base

The Homer Seaplane Base is located right on Beluga Lake in the Heart of Homer. Offering six cabins, and four suites, we provide guests the unique opportunity to stay at a fully functioning seaplane base. Guests are encouraged to visit our on-site restaurant, " Water Rudders,” which offers a wide selection of beer, wine, and delicious fare. Guests looking for a bit of adventure should contact our partner Beryl Air, located on-site, just steps away from your front door.

Lakeshore Lodging Cabins

Our cabins were built in 2021 on the shore of Homer’s only authentic working floatplane base. Each cabin is well appointed with an open concept floor plan complete with a luxurious king bed, gas log fireplace, large screen smart TV, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer and a private bathroom with deluxe shower and private parking spots for one or two vehicles. The sofa converts to a queen bed, perfect for the kids or a teen.
