Retaining much of its original character the property makes an ideal base for a great Scottish holiday and exploring the quiet and unspoilt Moray coast.

The downstairs family bathroom includes a shower/bath combination whilst the upstairs shower room provides facilities close to the sleeping quarters, made up of a sizeable master bedroom and a large twin room.

Braeside Cottage, is located in the middle of our Estate.. A comfortable cottage offering a cosy sitting room with fireplace, Austrian Style dining corner and a fully equipped kitchen.Hot tub is there for you to relax and for private use. The bathroom with toilet is located downstairs, shower and separate bath. There is a surcharge of GBP 8 p.d. per pet (max of 2 pet). Upstairs are two bedrooms. Laundry service is available upon request if you stay longer than 5 nights.

Added later, the adjacent 200 year old cottage has been beautifully renovated and sits in a peaceful location within a 2 acre garden surrounded by open countryside. Despite this it is set back from the main road affording guests peace and quiet while being in the centre of town. Guests can enjoy a well equipped residence with free WIFI and Satellite televisions in every bedroom and the living room.
