Walk a mile along beautiful waterfront Bay Street and you're downtown amongst galleries, restaurants, bars, and shops and the 4 blocks in the other direction puts you on the Spanish Moss Trail, perfect for biking and running. For USMC graduations, Parris Island is an easy 6 mile drive- we are convenient to everything!

1 Bedroom Guest House. GREAT location. 15 minute walk over bridge to downtown. Bedroom has queen bed, living room has full size futon. Small Fridge, Microwave & Toaster in kitchen (No Stove/Oven). Quick walk to Fishing dock and Dockside restaurant PLEASE! put the correct amount of people. It’s a maximum of 3 people. There is an additional fee for a third person. There is parking for 1 vehicle. The bathroom offers a large walk in shower with a rain shower head, and the bedroom has a King size bed. You are a 15 minute ride to Hilton Head.

The cottage was completely renovated in June 2022 and it is in heart of the National Historic District of Beaufort and only a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to Bay Street and the Beaufort River. The cottage is also only a 10 minute drive to Paris Island and 20 minute drive to the beach and we provide a pass to the Hinton Island State Park / Beach.
