During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Our Little Hideaway is only five minutes from Sandpoint, yet very private. The original, rustic homestead has been updated to make it cozy, clean and comfortable. It's your chance to get in touch with nature and enjoy the peace the Little House offers. Outside you will enjoy relaxing under the old growth fir trees with views of Lake Pend Oreille. Deer, wild turkeys, eagles and wildlife will keep you company. We offer a 15% discount for week or longer stays.

Cozy Country with RV Space - 10 min to Silverwood

Our shop apartment conversion boasts 1,000 square feet of private living space - a standalone building on a residential country property with landscaped yard and additional acreage. The residence has a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as laundry facilities. There are two private bedrooms with queen beds, and a loft accessed by stair that sleeps 3. Access to trails down our wooded hill and open meadow in back. RV or Tent camping space also available.

We have the rare privilege of living on 3 acres in town! Our home is 4600sf and shaped like an "L." The bottom part of the "L" is our guest house and we are super excited to welcome guests to our new bnb. We are only 6 miles from beautiful downtown Coeur d' Alene and only 3 miles to Hayden Lake. We are also very close Triple Play Water Park, Silverwood Theme Park, the Silverlake Mall, Target, lots of restaurants and, of course, Walmart.

Recently renovated carriage house on 20 acres. Quiet living in the country! Surrounded by trees, deer, and other wildlife. Small yard and garage parking, as well as space for additional parking (trailer, boat, etc). Full kitchen with gas range and basic amenities. We are 20 minutes north of Sandpoint; 30 minutes to Schweitzer; 45 minutes to Silverwood.

A SMALL YURT TUCKED IN THE WOODS

You will be staying in our Guest 14ft Yurt located on 13 acres of birch groves. Our location is about 20 minutes to the base of Schweitzer and town. The Guest Yurt comes complete with queen bed, two burner stove, small fridge, desk, and wood fire. Bring your slippers! Winter time conditions could require 4 wheel drive or AWD when the snow is present.
