This Riverside family home, has assorted shared and private spaces. Toys for inside (games) and outside. Outside fun: 200' of sandy beachfront and trail, 2 wood firepits (wood supplied by guests), BBQ, lounging areas, 2 kayaks, 2 supyaks, 2 paddleboards, 12 lifevests, 55' LED-strip trex dock with 120v plugin, swim ladder, parking for 2+ boats. Inside: multi-game tables with pool, air hockey, and chess, movie room, an addt. TV area w/ fireplace. There are 2 King bedrooms, and bunkroom (5 beds).

This getaway is as close to the water as possible in downtown Coeur d’Alene with fabulous lake views overlooking a quaint marina. We have a large open living space, kitchen and deck (with a hot tub) overlooking Cd'A Lake & Tubbs Hill Park. The house is perfect for families with kids as the upstairs space is a great play area & has low ceilings.

Thank You for your understanding! NOTE: It's been brought to my attention by a guest that neighbors around are doing construction projects so there may or may not be light construction noise! This is not an everyday occurrence but I can't tell you when they will be there to improve their property!
