Within a 1-1.5 mile radius of the home you can visit everything Batesville has to offer- shopping, eateries, movie theater, library, Lyon College & historic downtown. Parking for 5.

The house is approximately 1,000 sq ft with a newly remodeled kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. It also a new deck and patio off the laundry room with an eating area and fire pit. Local amenities include country roads great for cycling, fresh air, and a few mosquitos (no extra charge for the mosquitos). Cabin now has WiFi!.

With plenty of parking space outside the garage also offers a 2 Bay Area.

This quaint, cozy, country cottage is only minutes east of Batesville., AR. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, laundry and lovely yard with pergola in back including firepit. Wifi is strong and fast and easy to stream. Beds are for 4 guests, but extra mattress can be used for 5th guest, Bathroom does have shower as well. Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).
