River Birs which is almost in front of the house is giving you an opportunity for a refreshing walk, jogging, swimming, sunbath, or BBQ. City center 10min by tram, 30 min by a walk along the wonderful river Rhine. St. Jakob 10min to walk. SBB train st. 15min with the tram.

Das Haus mit Garten liegt in Muttenz BL, Schweiz. Es ist ein grosses Doppel Einfamilienhaus und grenzt unmittelbar an Basel. Ruhige Lage für Party/Feste oder Versammlungen nicht geeignet. Platz für 1 - 8 Personen, Gruppe oder Familien. Die Schlafgelegenheiten befinden sich auf dem 1. und 2. Obergeschoss. WC auf jedem Geschoss vorhanden. Badezimmer mit Dusche auf dem 1. Obergeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche und ein grosses Wohnzimmer.

Mit dem Tram ist man im Nu im Fine Art Museum Basel (13 min) und in der Fondation Beyeler (23 min) Auch ideal für Familien mit Kindern (Baby Bett vorhanden)
