Some cars, farm machinery & four-wheelers do go by. However, you can sit facing the water and feel like you have left the rest of the world behind as you listen to the loons. This special kind of space is for those who like a touch of country, it is not a hotel, it is not a party place, but a lovely RUSTIC cottage/cabin.

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

We also have a 6 acre front yard complete with a 1 acre pond you are welcome to fish and relax by. After a long day enjoying all the rustic beauty and small town charm that Vermont has to offer, you can warm yourself by our pellet stove which heats both floors of our over 1,600 sq ft 4 bedroom, 2 full baths home. 6 guests max [infants included].
