Esta preciosa vivienda está modernamente amueblada y totalmente equipada. La misma consta de 1 una amplia y bonita entrada recibidor, 1 dormitorio equipado con un amplio ropero empotrado, 1 cama de matrimonio grande (tamaño "queen size"), 1 baño completo al que además hemos dotado de una moderna lavadora, una bonita y práctica cocina, un salón provisto de aire acondicionado, un amplio y cómodo sofá-cama de piel (apto para 2 huéspedes más), una zona de comedor y un acogedor y soleado balcón. La cocina es amplia y moderna, totalmente equipada con placa vitrocerámica, microondas, amplia nevera, congelador, cafetera Nespresso, tostadora, exprimidor, etcétera... La vivienda además dispone de elementos de ocio y entretenimiento tales como la conexión Wi-Fi gratuita en toda la vivienda, televisiones de pantalla plana LCD, tanto en el salón, como en el dormitorio y decodificador de canales satélite nacionales e internacionales. Además y como no podría ser de otra forma, también hemos querido hacer hincapié en la seguridad de nuestros huéspedes y para ello también hemos dotado a nuestra vivienda de elementos de seguridad tales como, puerta blindada, llave de seguridad y caja fuerte en el dormitorio.

(1 extra single bed is available on request in the living room). The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner stove, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. The 90m2 beautiful roof terrace overlooking the ocean is equipped with tables, chairs, sunbeds and parasols. There is also a desk and chair available on request that can be used as a workspace. The apartment has A/C in the living room and in the bedroom. We have a high speed optic fiber internet connection with free WIFI access from everywhere in the building. Free safety box. Satellite TV in the living room. Towels and linens are provided.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
