Little Hoops, cosy converted barn

Little Hoops is our cosy converted barn with original beams and underfloor heating throughout making it ideal for a break away at any time. We lovingly restored it with our family a number of years ago and have enjoyed making it a special place to stay, we often joke that it is far nicer than our own home! The barn has a courtyard garden with table and chairs and is close to the local pub, The Crealock Arms. The coast is a 10 min drive away while shops, cafes etc approx 5 mins in a car.

The Coach House

LOXHORE, a village and a parish near Barnstaple, North Devon. The village stands on a hill, amid beautiful scenery, 5¼ miles from the main town of Barnstaple. The Coach House is in the grounds of The Old Rectory, it enjoys open views across the Devon countryside and is only a short walk to the entrance to Deer Park Woods, part of the Arlington Court Estate. It must be noted that Loxhore is around 3.6 miles to the nearest pub. The fabulous north Devon beaches are a short drive away.

Welcome to Summerland Place, nestled in the heart of Barnstaple and perfectly located for access to five of North Devon's best beaches and the Tarka Trail. The cottage is based just a 5 minute walk from the town centre where you will find plenty to do. Barnstaple is the largest town in North Devon hosting the Pannier Market and the famous Butcher’s Row. Summerland Place is quiet and charming the perfect base for either a relaxing break or a more active adventure.

The Net Loft Croyde is the epitome of a stylish Coastal holiday home with hot tub located in the heart of Croyde only a few minutes’ walk to the world class surfing beaches and seconds from the village centre. and close to local restaurants and pubs, making it an ideal holiday rental for couples. Please note it is not always possible to have the hot tub ready for use on the first night as it takes 24 hours to empty, clean, fill and heat.
