Wonderful new house with 2 bedrooms and a huge studio inthe city of Sutomore.The house is located at the far end of the town, so it is very quiet around, has a nice terrace with great view of the sea and mountains, roof terrace (60m2). tranquil and perfect for yoga. Beachfront Villa with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

4 bedroom flat on 1st floor of the family home. On ground floor live owners. The beach is some 600 meters away, on a flat road. House is fully equipped with facilities, wifi, parking. On the road to the beach there arw small shops, bakery, restaurant. City centre is 1,5 km away. Upon arrival, check in to the tourist office is obligatory. Tourist tax is 1 eur per 1 day per 1 person, children do not pay.
