This is a beautiful, fully equipped basement apt. The kitchen and LR are open and spacious. A sliding glass door bathes the room in light and walks out to the golf course. There is a fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms and a remodeled bathroom that includes a washer and dryer. There is PLENTY of HOT WATER because there are 2 water heaters in the house. (A previous guest had commented that there wasn’t hot water. An adjustment needed to be made on the new faucet which was taken care of. )

The Llama Lair is in our recently finished basement in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy access from I-86 & close to shopping & many restaurants. Ward Park is a short walk away with splash pad, soccer & baseball fields, & Brooklyn's Playground. You can find many things to do within about a 10 minute drive - Pocatello temple, ISU campus, live theater, Ross Park, & Zoo Idaho. It's also an easy drive to the Fort Hall casino, Eastern Idaho State Fair, Lava Hot Springs, & miles of trails.

Outdoor grill, firepit, volleyball and badminton on the 1-acre lawn accessed from patio doors. The main house is not rented out, but it is possible to rent both the Fun Suite and the Family Suite (which is above the garage and sleeps 9) together to accommodate more people.
