Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

A comfortable, functional space with full kitchen, desk/work area, bedroom with queen bed and double closets. Livingroom with smart TV ( Netflix, Roku, Crave & more), electric fireplace, fold-down couch/queen bed. Strong (Bell Fibe 1.5 gb) Wifi. A short stroll to the best Cobourg has to offer (Victoria Park & Beach, West Beach Boardwalk, shops and restaurants). Driveway parking on site for 1 car.

Please note cabin is COMPLETELY OFF GRID. NO RUNNING WATER, NO SHOWER. Endless potable water is provided for cooking and drinking. Solar generator and battery powered lanterns throughout the cabin for light at night. Pretty and modern outside bathroom (outhouse) located steps from cabin.

Bottom entry level walks out to patio with outdoor dining space and bbq Waterfront area for guest use directly accross the street

Enjoy this luxurious, private space close to St. Anne Spa, groceries, gas, Lake Ontario and local activities. 1 Queen Bed, 3 piece bath, kitchen and living, laundry available for longer term stay, private patio, free onsite parking, wifi and it is a brand new build! 15 minute drive to access the site and the beautiful town of Cobourg. 5 minute drive to St. Anne Spa for those who have a booking.
