If you can not climb stairs special accommodations can be made.Washer and dryer available for use. I have put out a dock and have two kayaks to use on the lake, there is no beach.Enjoy the hot tub, build a fire, visit with my horse, he love carrots or cookies. NO extra guests or parties are allowed. This beautiful country home is right next to Hwy 2, 1/2 mile from Oak Lake golf course. Maple Lake Eastside beach is very nice and only 9 miles away. This is my private home so my area is locked.

The New House

This property is unique as a brand new constructed house for you to enjoy on the west side of Lake Bemidji. In the morning you may hear the loons on the lake with your windows open or sitting calmly on the back patio. You can cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the grill in your own backyard sanctuary. In the evening, you can enjoy a bonfire or hot tub in the back yard of this safe neighborhood. The spacious house is great for gatherings, is pet friendly and children of all ages are welcome

The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

It does have stove top for cooking, pots, pans, dishes, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows and a radio. Total privacy, this scenic cabin is 1.3 miles back into the woods sitting on 40 acres of woods with a small lake and lots of wildlife. Its an eagle lovers paradise there are three eagle nests within 1/2 mile of the cabin. Enjoy the many walking trails around the property. This is also a snowmobilers haven, the trail is less than one mile away and is hooked up to the main trails for endless riding. Fishing in the area is the best in the state with lots of lakes close by.

In the evenings, relax with a bonfire on one of the two patios and watch for wildlife, including cows out in the pasture.
