The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. Enjoy a stay with friends and family to explore and enjoy the beautiful Devon countryside from your own self contained Victorian farmhouse with stunning views, lots of outdoor space and a hot tub. Built in 1887, and owned by the Pyle family for over 100 years, the farmhouse is surrounded by fields with sheep and cider apples. We are on site and therefore able to offer a personal and friendly service to help with anything you may need during your stay. Dogs are welcome (small fee per night)

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Stone Cottage, Honiton

We converted our cottage from an old derelict workshop. Located on a quiet secluded lane just behind the High Street, it offers visitors a peaceful haven close to amenities. Featuring stone walls, woodburning stove, double height living room, the cottage has lots of character. Direct trains from London Waterloo, no car needed, the station is a few minutes walk. Great for a family with young children, or two couples utilising the sofa bed in the snug ( which has its own bathroom).

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
