Gemütliche, südseitige und ruhige Wohnküche. Schlafbereich mit Vorhang teilbar. Fahrräder, Kanus, Kajaks, Sandspielplatz, Tischtennistisch und schöne Bademöglichkeit im Ort stehen euch frei zur Verfügung. unsere kleine 60m2 wohnung bietet dir von der innenausstattung alles was du brauchst - neben einem großartigen ausblick auf unseren hausberg, den ötscher (1898m), aber auch in die idyllische landschaft des mostviertels. durch die fenster, die direkten blick auf die benachbarten felder und wälder freigeben… unsere lage ist einerseits sehr ruhig, am dorfrand von wieselburg-land, andererseits sind es zur westautobahnauffahrt ybbs nur 5 km. die umgebung bietet ein abwechslungsreiches programm!

Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

Das auf Stelzen stehende Filzatelier bietet einen geräumigen Schlaf/Wohnraum Richtung Westen sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne. Highlight ist ein mit Holz zu befeuernder Zusatzherd . Das Einzelbett kann zu einem bequemen Doppelbett (160 cm) erweitert werden. Es gibt auch eine kleine Kochgelegenheit und einen Kühlschrank. Eine Spüle ist nicht vorhanden und der Abwasch kann im Badezimmer erledigt werden.
