To the West, enjoy the Wapsipinicon River. Your stay includes a paddleboat for exploring the private lake. Kayaks are available for rent. Catch-and-release fishing on the private lake means no fishing license is required.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 3 bedrooms on the main level with one extra-large bedroom in the basement along with a full bathroom. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have TVs, as well as the living room. We're an old Iowa country farmhouse decorated in chic vintage style. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of birds and good old Iowa sunshine. Located in the heart of Iowa. This is the perfect place for a group of you and your friends to get together and enjoy a bottle of wine and share memories. We are also willing to accommodate your fur babies! (There is a one-time cleaning fee of $100 for bringing pets.). There is no washer and dryer on site. There is a laundramat 12 miles away in oelwein

Old Mission Road House - A Home Away from Home

This is a newly built house with full kitchen. All dishes, pans and linens are supplied. There are 3 queen size bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms , washer and dryer. Flat screen TVs access to WIFI in the kitchen and in the loft area and also in each bedroom. Fully air conditioned. Front and back patio with chairs and table, grill and fire pit with wood supplied. Backbone State Park is three miles away. A great area for trout streams, hunting , hiking , golfing and snowmobling in the winter.

The EJ House 4 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath

The EJ house was built in 1905 with the original woodwork, stain glass windows and front door. The house is a little over 1600 sqft of living space. The house has 4 bedrooms with three queen beds and one full size bed. Guests will find it to be surprisingly spacious and a comfortable place to work, play or relax. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the house. The house has central air for those warm summer days or enjoy the large back deck. The woodwork is original to the house.

The Kimball House

Beautiful Victorian home in the heart of Fayette only one block from downtown & Upper Iowa University. Features an updated kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances and family room w/gas fireplace. Formal living room & dining room have original hardwood floors; upstairs has engineered hardwoods. Updated bathroom has double vanity and shower. Downstairs 1/2 bath and laundry room has sink and shower. This charming home has everything you need to make your visit to NE Iowa fantastic!

Cushions Cabins West

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.
