Bright and sunny open concept apartment. Newly remodeled with tons of windows, stylish furniture, local art, and easy access to everything Athens has to offer. The downstairs of this house is also a rental. We hold very strict quiet hours from 11pm-8am. Sound travels downstairs from this unit so we ask that you are respectful of the others sharing the property. This is not a place for partying! The backyard, patio, front yard, and locked bicycle storage are shared between the units.

You'll see beautiful sunsets and then can relax around the fire pit at night. We are pet friendly- we do have a limit of three dogs and our pet fee is $25/dog for the entire stay. Located on a working farm in the country, yet a couple miles from Ohio University, you havel 40 acres for nature walks, easy access to town and unique wineries. The Tired Beagle has ample parking and located next to road for quick access.

Farmhouse in Hocking Hills: 2 miles to Cedar Falls

A cozy two bedroom/two bath cabin with a true farmhouse feel. Nestled in the heart of Hocking Hills - just less than 2 miles from Cedar Falls and Old Mans Cave! Scenic views from the large covered porch, a spacious 6-person hot tub, and a fire pit for evening s’mores/campfire stories. We have it all! We are dog friendly, but require a $25 per dog fee, for each reservation.
