This light and airy hideaway was designed and built by the host incorporating her own handiwork in art and furnishings. Initially a granny flat, it's been transformed into a comfortable and spacious hang out. Its central location makes it ideal to explore the area. There is plenty to do on site; barbecue, play corn hole or horseshoes have fun with games and cards kept in the hall, enjoy the pool and hot tub in the warm season. May to Sept. The twin beds can be easily configured to a king bed. Price includes a 13% local occupancy tax. Your cottage opens up to the pool area which maybe available during the summer months but not guaranteed as this pool is too deep for kids to stand in. There is also a hot tub open from March to Dec. So the key to open the pool is subject to conversation. The pool is shared with us. No parties please. This is a non smoking property. We love dogs but we can not allow pets brought in. We have a large dog and cats. We kindly ask for slow driving up and down driveway as the animals are slow to move as they own the space. These are accommodations you wont find at a hotel. We are not one, this is our home we are opening to share with you. We are next door most times if you have any questions otherwise we will respect your privacy. The guest house sits on three acres with the main house where the host lives with her husband. It is just one and a half miles to the freeway and town. Four minutes to restaurants and grocery stores. There are chickens, 2 baby gosts, and a rabbit on the property along with cats and a large dog, Jules, who is sure to greet you. The pool will be opened to guests that can swim only as the shallow end is quite deep. Opened when the temperature increases in the summer months. A cold pool is no fun to swim in. The hot tub is open in March to Dec. Contact hosts if plan to use.

The Nook is the full tiny home experience with modern features including a fireplace, full kitchen, and private yard. You can BBQ or cozy up to the fire pit and soak in the night sky. It's convenient to Highway 101, shopping, parks, Atascadero Lake Park/zoo, golf, hiking, historical downtown, a theater, breweries, wineries, and lots of great restaurants. The Nook is a short 20 minute drive from San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles wine country and breathtaking coastline including famous beach cities.

Close to Sensorio light show & Vina Robles amphitheater. Just 45 minutes from the beaches (Cambria, Cayucos, Morro Bay, Avila & San Simeon (home of Hearst Castle). Come see the giant elephant seals on the shore near San Simeon or the sea otters in Morro Bay.

Maverick Hill Ranch Farm Stay

Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.

McClellan Cottage - centrally located studio

Escape to wine country in a fresh historic cottage. Centrally-located and full of charm. 539 square feet of living space featuring a queen bed, kitchenette, 3/4 bathroom, dining space and living room space to Netflix and chill. This studio cottage has an inviting open floor plan thoughtfully decorated to accommodate all your needs. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, hotplate and all the tools needed to prepare a lovely meal and dine outside by the firepit.

Private Wine Country Retreat

This private one-bedroom, one-bath guest house is nestled on the backside of a two-acre parcel on a quiet lane in Westside Templeton. Located in the Templeton Gap, historic downtown and dozens of surrounding wineries are just minutes away! This unit has kitchen essentials, wifi, air conditioning/heater, ceiling fan, and a television. Coffee and tea provided. Private guest access. A short drive on decomposed granite.
