Njut av makalös sjöutsikt från både spabad och tevesoffa och bli inte förvånad om ett rådjur passerar förbi. Eftersom värdparet själv ibland laddar batterierna här är köket fullutrustat och inredningen vald med största omsorg.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

This cottage is located in Evlinge in Värmdö municipality and is close to the water with swimming area (approx. 2500 meter). A lot of nature is close at hand with great hiking opportunities. Short walk to the bus that takes you to Stockholm. Charming newly renovated cottage that houses features for a comfortable cozy accommodation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a culinary meal. There is a washing machine. Turn the knob under the water tap to get water to the washing machine.

Promenadavstånd till hav och sjö med tre trevliga badplatser lämpliga för barn. Närhet till både Stockholm och skärgård, 25-30 minuter till Stockholm city med bil eller buss från Gustavsberg. Bäst reser du med egen bil. Cyklar finns. Passar även för längre vistelse, det finns arbetsyta och snabbt Wi-Fi så det går bra att jobba "hemifrån". Tvättmaskin.

Enkel toalett och dusch ca 90 meter ifrån. Endast dusch under sommaren. Max plats för 2 personer.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En öppen lägenhet om totalt 50 kvm i två plan. På nedre plan hall, fullt utrustat kök/vardagsrum med en skön bäddsoffa och ett badrum med tvättmaskin. På loftet en bra dubbelsäng och tv. Parkeringsplats utanför och sommartid tillgång till pool. Vi bor nära. På gångavstånd liten strand, bryggor, klippbad och med cykel sköna utflykter. Lämnar gärna tips. Bussen in till Stockholms city tar 45 minuter och busshållplats här inom 12-14 minuter gång.

Welcome to this two bedroom + bathroom cottage facing a stunning southerly view over the archipelago of Stockholm, and with a private jetty for swimming and relaxing. Attached mountainbikes/bikes, kajaks, sauna and hottub are for guest disposal. Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago. This lovely Oceanfront villa, suitable for 6 people, is a luxurious place and it has a splendid location and is directly situated by the archipelago of Stockholm/ Gustavsberg in Värmdö. Big sun deck connected to the pier..From the indoor sauna you easily reach the pier via the outdoor deck and staircase, perfect for summer as well as winter. Possibility to rent a smaller boat upon availabily for trips in the neighbouring area as well as good for waterskiing and tube.
