Our home is situated on our own 16 acre peninsula, surrounded by water on delightful Beaver Lake, a small refuge for waterfowl and wildlife. Attention! G maps suggested route is incorrect. From Hwy 2 - left on 36th, right on Lake Park Rd. Private beach with spectacular views. Kayaks available for a paddle out in the bay or enjoy a sunset from the deck. Also deck heaters and gas grills and a fire pit w/wood. Or Curl up with a good book in front of the indoor fireplace. TV and Wifi too, and a complimentary bottle of wine. A great retreat for 2 couples or a small group of friends. Only 8 minutes from downtown Ashland.

Welcoming all to this light-filled renovated cottage with three decks overlooking Superior to relax, sun, eat, play. On the side, a wetland with turtles, rabbits, birds, deer. Inside, an inviting open living room, big tv, nice full kitchen, new lux bathroom, two comfortable bedrooms, and cozy gas fireplace. We're the lucky new owners of this sweet cottage that is our part-time home and writing retreat, set up with all you need to come share in a bit of lake island life.

Black Hawk - Charm & Comfort in Mercer

Updated in 2024, Black Hawk cabin at Pine Noel Resort combines the comforts and conveniences of home with a breathtaking north woods experience. Enjoy Black Hawk's rustic knotty pine interior and great views as you admire the pristine grounds. Deer, chipmunks, and squirrels are often on display, during morning coffee. It's a short hop to Pine Noel's piers and your personal fishing boat. Enjoy the kid-friendly sand beach. There's something here, for everyone!

Lakeside - Loon's Nest

Private two bedroom cabin on Long Lake. Being part of Wildwood Haven Resort and Campground, renting this cabin allows you full access to the resort amenities, including boat launch, docks, boat rental, playground area and much more. Four night minimum stay. Pets are allowed with a $30/pet/stay cleaning fee. This cabin is fully equipped to accommodate long stays with appliances and cookware, charcoal grill, firepit and TV. Linens/blankets are included.

Chequamegon Bay Suites 5

This suite offers two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with bunk beds. It boasts a full bathroom, brand-new appliances, and furniture. The Harbor Table Restaurant and Bar is right across the street with an out door patio and indoor/outdoor dining. The fully furnished suite is ideally situated within walking distance of trails, the lake shore, marina, and the downtown area. A shared outdoor area provides breathtaking views of Lake Superior!

Madeline Island Beach Cottage

Our beach cottage is on the lake!! So Lake Superior is right out the front door! The cottage is located on a sugar sand beach with 180 degree water views from the cabin. The beach is wonderful for swimming and other beach activities. We rent from Sunday thru Friday only, please check the calendar for availability. Maximum renters are 4 persons, each dog is $20 a day. Guests will sign a rules document for the property.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. All season property in wooded setting. Ski-in/ski-out access to Whitecap Mountain, snowmobile trails and ice fishing. Cottage is nestled on the hills of whitecap Mountain overlooking Weber Lake where you can kayak, swim or fish. Winter access requires 4 wheel drive. Public use of the indoor pool for a nominal daily fee in the Whitecap hotel is available nearby.

White Wings Cottage

Private beach on Lake Superior. Great location for access to all local attractions such as Big Top Chatauqua, Ashwabay Ski Hill, close to Bayfield-the gateway to the Apostle Island, Washburn Marina. Great for the outdoorsman/woman with many hiking trails and cross country ski trails. Located approx one block from ATV/Snowmobile trails.
