This cozy two bedroom, one bath cabin which sleeps up to four people, comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the perfect getaway!

This is a peaceful cabin located just minutes to Boone, Blowing Rock and West Jefferson. Relax and enjoy the scenic views, tall trees and sounds of the nearby creek! Sleeping Bear Cabin is nestled away in a private mountain community that has it's own lake and just a two minute drive to the New River at the entrance of the community. The cabin is surrounded by forest with a main deck and an upper deck. Just recently remodeled and redecorated, we designed Sleeping Bear to be the perfect place for anyone to enjoy the mountain life. Fishing, walking, biking, hiking, tubing, kayaking, bird, butterfly, wildlife watchers and 35 -45 minutes to skiing.

Situated in the NC Blue Ridge Mountains, our cozy log cabin is perfect for a couple's private escape yet just roomy enough for a small family's nature adventure. Convenient to Boone, West Jefferson, the Blue Ridge Parkway and the New River, you have access to quaint mountain towns and popular outdoor destinations. Dog friendly to all well behaved pups. 4WD may be necessary during inclement weather.

This pet friendly, rustic cabin has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a loft with 2 twin beds. Enjoy the amenities of a full kitchen, bathroom, excellent wifi. This cabin overlooks the peaceful woods and has a fire pit. The 54 acre property has 0.4 miles of Helton Creek frontage (located a quarter mile away down the driveway), which boasts the best trout fishing in NC! **This cabin is up a steep road. As of 8-1-22 the difficult parts are now PAVED.
