Located less than 5 minutes from Deep Creek Lake and perched among the foliage, our treehouse offers a panoramic perspective of the surrounding forest, granting its visitors an unparalleled vantage point to observe nature's wonders. Relax in the hot tub and take in an amazing sunset. The home is a harmonious blend of locally-crafted art and furniture to add rustic charm and modern comfort.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home has a country setting but centrally located near two interstate highways. You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.

Named after the "Galarina" apple variety that grows in the orchard, the tiny farmhouse beckons you to unwind and reconnect with nature in a serene setting that promises relaxation and reflection. Previously known as Zion Heritage Farm, this place encourages you to unleash your creative energy in a genuine and peaceful setting.

Coopers Rock Retreat

Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon. Guests need to be at least 21 years of age book.

Our historic cottage is located in a quiet, peaceful location surrounded by tall trees, a large yard and a meadow. Whether visiting friends, enjoying outdoor activities or need to recharge, this cottage is the perfect getaway location. Hiking/biking trails are 5 minutes away. Excellent restaurants are located w/in a 15-30 minutes drive. West Virginia University is only 20 minutes away. The New River Gorge National Park is 2 hours away. World class whitewater rafting is 15 minutes away.

Your basecamp to adventure - or relaxation - awaits! Wake up to chickens and horses in your own private cabin with a fenced in yard for your furry friends! 25 minutes from Morgantown or the Cheat River, this space is a great getaway from your every day routine. Relax in front of an outdoor fire, cozy up with a good book, or take a bird walk and enjoy some time away from it all. Fresh eggs from the homestead provided in the refrigerator will be the icing on the cake for breakfast.

Need a simple overnight stay or a relaxing retreat? Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in our unique place…a spacious camper alongside a creek on a private lot with privacy fence and gate. Two miles outside of the city with all Morgantown has to offer…breweries, festivals, WVU, athletic events,hospitals, Coopers Rock and much more! Dog friendly with approval. $25 per night per pet (2 maximum) This camper sleeps 10 but our max is 6. One queen and two full size beds.

Conveniently located near all of the best the area has to offer! 700 ft to Timber Rock, 6 mi to Ohiopyle, 8.8 mi Fallingwater, .2 mi Braddock’s, .3 mi Stone House Restaurant. Adults only and no animals please. This is a hypoallergenic home.

Rustic Luxe Cabin (4x4 Required)

Situated on 10 acres and surrounded by a 600-acre nature conservancy, Rustic Lux is a new construction that fuses the charming details of a rustic cabin with high-end modern luxury. Guests can enjoy complete privacy with quick access to all the wonders of Deep Creek Lake! Rustic Lux is only 4 miles from the lake and Wisp Ski Resort. The road back to the cabin is a little rough but is pretty flat and in no way dangerous. We recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles.

Trillium Acres Cottage

Newly Renovated! Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. This cozy cottage with modern amenities can accommodate 4 people with 1 queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Hilltop is next door and Trillium Acres Guest House is a short walk through the woods next door, for larger groups needing more accommodation.

Almost Heaven Away From Home is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse located in a quiet neighborhood. Start your day on the deck enjoying the beautiful, peaceful view of the WV mountains. Centrally located to shopping, adventure, both WVU campuses, & fine dining will fill your day. End your day by the fire pit watching the sunset behind the mountains in a picturesque view.
