Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home has a country setting but centrally located near two interstate highways. You will be able to travel just about anywhere in Morgantown in 20 min. Enjoy the large deck with hot tub. Grill out and play some corn hole. Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. Our three bedrooms should be able to accommodate 6-8 guests.

Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon. Guests need to be at least 21 years of age book.

This ground level apartment is a 20 minute walk to downtown Morgantown as well as on the city bus line. The White park trails are a block away and it is near the Morgantown municipal ice rink. There are two grocery stores within a mile as well as a local tavern with amazing food and cold beer. ( one block away) The apartment is day bright and cozy at night. Queen bed. Fresh, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Private entrance and outdoor living space.

Whether visiting friends, enjoying outdoor activities or need to recharge, this cottage is the perfect getaway location. Hiking/biking trails are 5 minutes away. Excellent restaurants are located w/in a 15-30 minutes drive. West Virginia University is only 20 minutes away. The New River Gorge National Park is 2 hours away. World class whitewater rafting is 15 minutes away.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Come stay at Josie’s cabin with an old western theme and a beautiful scenic view of West Virginia country mountains. Hope you enjoy what the artist has tried to create. Take lots of pictures of each other to add to your memories. This is a perfect place for a romantic getaway or just getting away to relax. This is the last house on the drive in the woods. Driveway is steep and not perfect. A few older houses and mobile homes on the drive.

The road back to the cabin is a little rough but is pretty flat and in no way dangerous. We recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles.

Newly Renovated! Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. This cozy cottage with modern amenities can accommodate 4 people with 1 queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Hilltop is next door and Trillium Acres Guest House is a short walk through the woods next door, for larger groups needing more accommodation.

Centrally located to shopping, adventure, both WVU campuses, & fine dining will fill your day. End your day by the fire pit watching the sunset behind the mountains in a picturesque view.
