Our project to make use of leftover logs turned into a tiny house! Cozy Log Cabin looking out on almost an acre of nature but just minutes from all the DC sites. Perfect for a single escape, a romantic getaway, a small family/group gathering, or a serene remote work location. 1/4 mile to bus and 1.5 miles to DC metro, plenty of free parking. Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

Adams Morgan One Bedroom Retreat

This light, airy one-bedroom English basement apartment has its own private entrance. Cable TV, WiFi, washer/dryer and a full kitchen make it easy to make yourself at home. The bedroom features a queen size bed (and the living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa that converts to a standard size bed). We never charge a cleaning fee! The apartment is located below the main house. It is 500 square feet with a ceiling height of 6’ 9”.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
