The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! If navigating slopes and multiple steps is difficult, this space may not be the best fit.

Located minutes from Honor Heights Park, Saint Francis Hospital, Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Hospital, The Castle of Muskogee, The Five Civilized Tribes Museum, Hatbox Sports Complex & Bike Trail, our property is located near many local attractions and facilities just a stone's throw from fine dining and shopping as well. Welcome to the Lake Ann Guesthouse. We are a 2 min drive to 71, located in an idyllic wooded neighborhood on Lake Ann. Near: Back 40, walk to Buckingham Trail Head, parks, golf, biking/hiking trails and all Bella Vista has to offer. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. We are within 10-45 minutes of most everything in NW Arkansas. Come enjoy a relaxing and private getaway.

A great overnight stop or week away from home. The studio is attached to homeowners house (converted garage space) but has separate, private coded entry. Driveway parking for one car. TV with antenna channels and streaming capability. WiFi available. Kitchenette area with coffee maker, fridge, sink and microwave. Empty nesters occupy home. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Two person maximum. Spacious open floor plan - one bedroom, one bathroom. The bed is a queen size bed.
