This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! This unit does not have a full kitchen but does offer a microwave and mini fridge. We look forward to hosting you! One small dog is allowed (please contact about size) but guest must bring a kennel and keep leashed when outside.
