Overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Two couch beds in the living room so sleep 6 total. Fishing docks and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool). Bring your water toys, fishing gear, and have fun! Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping.

Welcome to the “Blue Gull!” You will find everything you need for a perfect beach getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom condo! We are perched on the 3rd floor and with that comes tall ceilings, a balcony with a view of Lake Padre, and a peaceful quietness.
