Hi I'm a professional software engineer and a proud father of 3 beautiful children. I'm optimistic, and cheerful, and love communicating with others. Having just started hosting, excited to be a part of this community and to be able to help people feel right at home. Being an explorer myself, I find it really enlightening to discover new places and learn about local cultures. Modern Private Basement Suite

A private entrance basement apartment in our home in Montclair, VA. Minutes from I-95. Apartment is newly constructed as of October 2018. Locking door for privacy. Shared access to home gymnasium and washer/dryer combo. Entry and exit is through the garage, so you'll have no daily interaction with the hosts unless so desired. The space includes a brand new kitchenette, newly renovated modern private bathroom, new furniture, and new hardwood flooring. Wifi and Verizon cable are included.

Rose Cottage

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in our English style cottage. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close enough to enjoy the beauty of a town full of history. Fredericksburg is the childhood home of George Washington, his mother also lived in the town. You can visit these homes as well as the famous battlefields from colonial and civil battles... If you just want to relax, this two bedroom guesthouse is the perfect way to recharge your batteries and enjoy the countryside in peace.

Downtown Oasis (Pets Welcome)

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

Cozy Studio Retreat

This charming and cozy room is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The room has it's own private entrance and features a cozy plush queen bed, kitchenette and full bath. Enjoy the warm, inviting atmosphere with soft lighting, and curated touches that make it feel like home. Ideal for solo travelers or couples, this space is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to local attractions, restaurants, Wi-Fi, free parking, and complimentary coffee/ tea are included.

Spacious studio apartment - The Inn at Dewberry

The Inn at Dewberry. Our roomy studio apartment is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood just 4 miles from downtown historic Fredericksburg. For traveling medical personnel, Mary Washington Hospital is less than 4 miles away. Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.

Clean and spacious basement, with access thru the garage (driveway is inclined as you can appreciate on the pictures) offers one bedroom w/king size bed, full dedicated bathroom with shower, private living room with a comfy sofa and TV (Netflix- Youtube) Meal prep area and laundry are in the same room, the little imperfections in the laundry by any means outweights the space and comfort this basement provides. This 3 bedroom bungalow is a relaxing space for the whole family whether visiting Quantico for TBS/OCS/FBI graduations or sightseeing. Amtrak and VRE train stop and restaurants are under 5 minutes away - from the train you can go anywhere! DC, New York, Richmond, or to the airport to fly across the world! In town you can fish, watch the sunset at the Potomac River, visit restaurants, or go golfing.
