Escape to this tranquil, riverfront retreat with stunning, year-round river views, a private dock (available late May-Sept) & firepit. Relax, fish, explore, or visit nearby attractions in Shepherdstown, Sharpsburg, & Harper's Ferry. Two kayaks, a canoe, paddles, & lifejackets are available for your use. All water activities are at your own risk. WV DNR requires all boaters to have a lifejacket and all boats to have a whistle. Please bring your own whistle(s). MD or WV fishing license is fine.

Our modern studio is on the Town Run and steps away from downtown Shepherdstown. Whether you’re here for a relaxing escape or a university visit, listen to a waterfall from our cozy, zen, spa-like space with outdoor gardens. It’s an oasis with a comfortable full bed, dedicated work area, and walk-in shower. Nestled in historic downtown, you can easily explore German St, with a variety of dining options, shopping, and outdoor activities a short walk away from the Potomac River and C&O tow path.

Cozy West Virginia Treehouse

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

With stunning views and prime river access, Plum Lazy is nestled on three partially-wooded acres sloping gently to the water's edge. Enjoy 150 feet of shoreline with a large landscaped expanse of grass perfect for play, picnics, or just shady naps. This riverfront area is exclusively for you and guests at our cabin on Knott Road. A rocky peninsula extends your riverfront another 100 feet into the Potomac. The large deck and stone patio features a variety of seating options and gas grill.

Atop the Blue Ridge close to Harper’s Ferry and Virginia wine country this airy retreat overlooks the idyllic Shenandoah. Our two-person soaking tub on a magnificent deck, huge firepit, gorgeous vintage interior, grand piano, and warm pine ceiling and floors, give you the perfect place to get away from city life for a bit. Full kitchen. Two bedrooms plus a big couch that could sleep someone else in a pinch, and a cozy little fireplace top it all off! Just steps to the Appalachian Trail.

This quiet cabin is located between Boonsboro and Sharpsburg in Keedysville, MD. It is surrounded by tall oaks and pines. A wide path leads to Antietam Creek, popular for fishing, kayaking, and tubing. 45-min drive to Whitetail Ski Resort (30 miles); 1-hr to Gettysburg, PA; Close to Antietam Battlefield, Shepherdstown, Harpers Ferry, Hagerstown, Frederick, Washington, D.C., C&O canal bike trail and Appalachian Trail. Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs. Families with children are welcome.
