There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. A Grade II listed Tithe Barn from the 1700s, converted into a 2 bedroom cottage with facilities for a comfortable stay for 3 persons. The cottage has a sitting room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 ensuite bedrooms. The cottage is set in 8 acres of the property which is close to the shores of Lake Bala and within the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. We can provide maps, bike storage, drying room and free off road parking and also advise on attractions and outdoor activities.

The barn conversion is an 9 minute drive from Anglesey’s Britannia bridge. A footpath runs from the barn to the Menai Straits below. The mountain views from the barn are pretty special. There is a private walled courtyard that is part of the listing. It has a gate that allows a good space for your dog to run around. The barn is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. Our farmhouse is next door. We accept a maximum of 2 small dogs. No aggressive dogs allowed.
