Finger Lakes wine region is 40 minutes away, Letchworth State Park (the “Grand Canyon of the East”) is about an hour, Watkins Glen is 2 hours.

Miles of trails, and a million dollar view, total privacy, and glittering stars! Dark Sky area! Hiking, birding, x-country skiing, mt. biking. Near Genesee River. There is also a two car garage and plenty of parking in the driveway.
