Moose right outside your window, Northern Lights dancing above, a fire crackling in the stove and panoramic mountain views, the Glacier Breeze can let you experience what makes Alaska an unforgettable ultimate experience!

Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

A peaceful retreat with views of Turnagain Arm, this amenity-rich house is nestled between Anchorage and Girdwood and offers a unique blend of wilderness and convenience. After a short 30-minute drive from the airport, guests can soak in the Alaskan quiet of Indian Valley, venture further inland into Chugach State Park, or proceed toward nearby Girdwood via 20-minute drive or peaceful walk/bike along the paved Bird to Gird Pathway. Sauna. Manager on site at ADU (basement w/ separate entrance).

Walk out the front door and explore the meadow of wildflowers below, or the forest next to the cottage which leads directly into the Chugach. The Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead is 1 mile up the road and provides easy access to amazing hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing, climbing, and skiing adventures. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Denali/Mt. McKinley, “Sleeping Lady” (Mount Susitna), and the Anchorage skyline from 1600ft elev.

The unit is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, 43” Smart TV, stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi for your convenience. However, due to the spiral staircase, we do not recommend this unit for children.

Relax in a 6 person hot tub after Alaska fun with a cozy cabin that meets all your travel needs. **MUST HAVE AWD/4WD in winter.** Due to spiral staircase, it is HIGHLY recommended to not book if you have mobility issues.

In the famed "Bear Valley" neighborhood, where the bears are your neighbors :) This location will require a rental car but serves as a breathtaking retreat that's central to exploring Anchorage and its' surrounding areas. Close by are trails, a park, wildlife and plenty of privacy and space to enjoy your Alaskan getaway with friends and family.

Magnificent View Chalet

Cozy, family friendly Chalet in the beautiful South Fork Valley of Eagle River. If you are looking for a 5-Star Hotel, this place is not for you. What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

5 min walk to Flattop Trailhead! Aurora! Sauna!

Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. There are endless possibilities for hiking, climbing, and skiing from the house. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.

Escape to our cozy lakefront Alaska retreat — the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything Anchorage has to offer. Unwind in the hot tub or sauna, gather around the fire pit, enjoy lake views from the patio, or take the canoes out in the summer. Inside you’ll find spacious bedrooms, a fireplace, game room, arcade, pool/ping pong table, and a fully stocked kitchen perfect for groups and families. Close to hiking, the zoo, golf, restaurants, and the airport.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.
