This is a basement apartment and is connected to the main house It is a completely separate unit. It is roughly 650 sq ft It has a carpeted bedroom the rest is laminate and tile flooring Parking is for one vehicle although stays longer than one month may have two What I love and believe our guest will love is the quiet and the large, attached deck. We are only dog Friendly with a max of two dogs, please lets us know if you will be bringing your fur babies Unfortunately, there is no Lake access

Cedar House - Studio Guest House

Welcome to The Cedar House, a studio guest house detached from our main house. You will have separate entrance, private bathroom. Wood floors and ceilings and the woods you see through the windows give it the feeling of a cabin. The queen bed is in the loft and you must be able to use the stairs to get to it! There is a queen sleeper sofa on the main level for more sleeping. Upon request, 2 additional single air mattresses and bedding are available. Space is available for a baby pack-n-play.

The house has a cabin feel with cathedral ceiling and open floor plan plus lots of natural light in a peaceful, quiet location. All of this and still less than 11 miles to Redmond (think Microsoft), 26 miles to Seattle downtown. Winter skiing and summer alpine hiking are only 20 to 50 miles away.
