This above garage guest house has serene water views, bedroom, bathroom, washer, dryer, full kitchen, 22” queen, and small futon. Bring your boat for fishing, tubing, fossil hunting and exploring on the Caloosahatchee. Park your boat in the canal. Inside storage for fishing poles, tackle and bikes for the mountain biking park across the river. Dogs ok.

If you are looking for a family retreat, this is the best place for you! The pool and patio gives you plenty of space to play or relax. The outdoor kitchen gives you the opportunity to grill on the Bull 38' in propane gas grill. This home is fully equipped to make your family stay stress-free. Note: We love animals, but we do not have the space that they deserve; there will be a $350 fine for any pets brought in. As of April 2024, pool temperature will be set to 80 degrees all year round.
