Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Das Knusperhäuschen liegt auf 700 Meter mit Blick über das Salzachtal, ca. 5 km von Golling, 25 km von Salzburg entfernt. Eingebettet in die Natur, in wunderschöner Landschaft. Ein kleines B&B ist nebenan. Du wirst die Unterkunft lieben wegen der gesunden Holzbauweise, dem Kachelofen, der ruhigen Lage, Terrasse, einem phantastischen Ausblick. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare und Gäste, die mit ihren Haustieren verreisen. Es gibt in der Nähe viele Wandermöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Fuori dal nucleo di Sobrio vi aspetta il nostro accogliente Chalet per una rilassante vacanza. Ideale per coppie e famiglie. I cani sono benvenuti e il giardino è recintato. Lo Chalet, ristrutturato in un open space, mantiene le caratteristiche tipiche di una casa rurale leventinese. Il terrazzo offre un tavolo e il grill per piacevoli pranzi e cene avvolti da un suggestivo panorama. Sole, prati, boschi e montagne accompagneranno le vostre passeggiate mentre cieli stellati, le vostre serate.

NATURA e RELAX AI PIEDI DEL CERVINO

Nell'alta Valtournenche, ai piedi del Cervino, circondato da mandrie di mucche al pascolo in estate e da candida neve nei mesi invernali, io e mia moglie Enrica saremo felici di accogliere i nostri ospiti nel nostro appartamento. Vicino ai centri abitati di Valtournenche e Cervinia (3 Km circa) ma comunque isolato dal caos è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, osservare panorami incantevoli, ascoltare il silenzio della montagna, fare sport e fantastiche passeggiate partendo proprio dalla casa!

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
