Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! This cozy cabin truly defines the 'Tahoe Experience'. Located in the quiet, lovely Black Bart neighborhood, on a spacious, wooded lot, with a gorgeous meadow and stream across the way, you truly feel like you are away from it all. However, hop right on Pioneer Trail and you will be at Heavenly Ski Resort, the casinos, or the beach in just 5-10 minutes. The home has beds for 8, we will not accept groups larger than 8. No parties or large gatherings.

The Big House on the Lake is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house is right on the lake making it easy to go fishing, boating, paddling, swimming, kayaking or water-skiing. You can sit on the deck and watch the water foul as they become part of the scenery and just relax. The top part is available for air bnb families, the bottom part is locked as it is used for event space with no sleeping quarters.
