Las magníficas vistas al rio Vernisa y a la montaña, así como el mismo entorno del pueblo, le proporciona un aire de bienestar y tranquilidad, desde donde disfrutar de agradables paseos. La ubicación de la casa (municipio de Almiserà) en un pueblo pequeño y tranquilo. A tan solo 14 km de Gandia y por tanto cerca de la PLAYA.
