Spacious 1 bedroom Basement walk-out apartment. Newly decorated apartment and has all the essentials you need. New luxury bedding and fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and nice patio to relax on and enjoy the Arizona mountain views and weather. Horse corrals available on site, by contacting Host for availability. Stalls are $10.00 a night per horse, you feed and clean. This hidden gem is centrally located on N Mountain in N Central Phoenix. 20 min to downtown Phx, 20 min to W. Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix Int'l Airport. Our Casita features 1 room with a king bed, 1 bathroom, and a patio that faces west to enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunsets. We have a very steep driveway, and a full flight of stairs to the casita. If you have trouble walking or have knee and/or breathing problems, this is not the place for you.
