It is in a countryside quiet area, 12 kilometers from Parikia and 2 kilometers from Paros airport. (Absolutely, no noise, planes do not pass over the house). It is also 50 meters from a bus-stop with frequent connections to airport and the capital and 2 kilometres from popular Faragas beach.

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly renovated Cycladic house is only a few steps away from the beach. It can sleep up to 5 persons and is fully equipped to provide a relaxing holiday escape. Within walking distance from main town of Paroikia (10-15 min). Summer Breeze (The Stone)

A spacious apartment made out of thick stone walls that contains a traditional wood-fired oven and a fireplace ( which are not for use by our guests). It's situated on the top of a small hill by Paroikia so you will have the opportunity to admire a unique view to the gulf of Paroikia and the sunset.
