Our family friendly lake front cottage is located 40km east of Sault Ste Marie, the ideal space to escape and relax at. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with open concept living areas. Enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains from the deck. Full access to private waterfront yard with a beachy area, fire pit and dock. Swimming, fishing and kayaking are a must. Bring life jackets for water play and worms for fishing. Many trails for ATVs out your back door.

Maple Cabin: perfect for families with young kids!

Located right on the water - with a sandy beach, dock, play structure and campfire pit right out the door - this charming vintage cabin features stunning lake views, a large sunny deck with barbecue and complimentary propane, an open concept kitchen and living space, a queen bed and double/single bunk bed, and a bathroom with shower. This cabin is perfect for families with young kids as parents can sit on the deck and safely watch the kids swim and play.

Lake Matinenda water access only cabin

A short drive from Blind River will bring you to the boat launch for Lake Matinenda. Located in Sullivans' Bay , this 1920's log cabin offers beautiful views, outdoor recreation and space for creating memories. Main cabin sleeps 5 with 2 bedrooms, bunk house sleeps 4. Full kitchen with running water, water cooler, electricity, dining/ living space and a 3 piece bath. Bring your fishing gear and your food and family, just about everything else is supplied.
