The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Ravens Roost Lodging - Suite View

Suite View is a fully furnished private apartment close to downtown with 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom with a queen size in the bedroom and an electric reclining couch in the living room. It has a small kitchen sink, mini fridge, and microwave. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac with some ocean views, a big deck, and a dedicated parking spot. There are stairs to navigate from the parking lot to the front door, and located on a hill, walking up from downtown may tax one with mobility issues. Downstairs apartment offers private accommodations in a scenic setting. Relax on the spacious deck, enjoy the flower garden, after a long day fishing, hiking, wildlife viewing or working, and enjoy the long evening sunsets.

Stay at our place for a relaxing and easy Kodiak stay. This is the downstairs unit in a 2 story duplex located across the street from the ocean and offers amenities like a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a mudroom and a peaceful atmosphere. There's a partial ocean view and the apartment is bright and spacious. Every booking of 5 or more nights comes with a custom processed Wild Kodiak Seafoods frozen red salmon fillet or cod fillet stocked in the freezer.

This private one bedroom studio has its own private entrance with a cozy seating area for relaxing in comfort. Located just steps from the Kodiak harbor and a quick walk to downtown. Check out this the marina to board your charter boat or just take in the sights. After a day of fishing or hiking take a stroll down to the local brewery and enjoy the quaint Kodiak life. The unit is supplied with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot and hot water kettle.
