La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Bungalow en urbanizacion muy tranquila, con piscina, se compone de dos habitaciones, cocina, baño ,comedor y un jardin de unos 50 metros cuadrados en el que hay una barbacoa. La distancia a la playa del Moraig es de 2,2 km y a la playa del Portet de 3,5 km, en la zona hay tambien muchas rutas de senderismo, subida al Montgo, Catedral del senderismo, subida al Puig Campana..... Zona muy tranquila y con mucha paz
