Die Skigebiete Lenzerheide, Davos, Bergün und Savognin sind schnell (15-20 min.) erreichbar. Es besteht die Möglichkeit frische Salat, Kräuter und Gemüse (gegen Bezahlung) im Sommer zu holen. Die Wohnung ist in der zweiten Etage und bittet direkte Blick auf die vorbei fahrende RHB Züge wie auch auf ein Wasserfall und Golfplatz
