Newly remodeled and nicely equipped upstair apartment. Close downtown Silverton and the Oregon Gardens. The kitchen has granite countertops with induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. A deep soaking tub and shower sets off the tiled bathroom with heated floors. Living room includes TV and internet, sofa and writing desk. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, dresser and spacious closet. The outside deck has a breath taking view looking toward downtown Silverton just 2 blocks away.

The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers.
