Villa pakub täielikult sisustatud kööki koos teppanyaki grilliga, suurt söögilauda ja hubast kaminaga elutuba. Majas on 4 magamistuba mugavate kahekohaliste vooditega ning lastetuba narivoodi ja mänguasjadega. Majas on kokku 4 WC-vannituba. Mõnusaks boonuseks ka saun. Nautige terrassilt kaunist järvevaadet, lähedal asuvaid matkaradu, ujumiskohti ja suusakeskuseid.

A large grocery store is just a two-minute walk away, the city center a 5-minute drive away. This is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway and spending your time in calm and quite solitary place. Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a sunny southern meadow. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Sobib 2 inimestele, kes naudivad privaatsust looduses ja omaette 30m2 terrassi männipuu all. Hooviala on ligi 10 000m2. Lisainimesed lisatasu eest. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega ja self-check-in. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1,5h. Joogivesi tasub kaasa võtta. Peale sauna saate nautida värskendavat suplust tiigis.

The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards) is for you to use and included in the price.

Selles rahulikus ja stiilses kohas saad mõnusalt lõõgastuda. Toome välja, et voodi madrats on keskmiselt tugevam, mis pakub kogu kehale tugevat tuge. Korteris on eraldi magamistuba ja köök. Ühendus kesklinnaga on väga hea: kesklinn on kõigest 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel. Korter asub mugavalt esimesel korrusel.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
